Lori Kingsbury

I moved to Denver from Vermont in 1996 with short-term intentions, but fell in love with this beautiful state and my husband. Phil, and I have lived in the Whittier neighborhood for the last 16 years, gone through the process of updating two 100 year old houses, and started a family that includes our two boys, Caiden and Greyson. I graduated from college with a BA in Education and worked as an elementary school teacher. When I moved to Denver I began working as a General Manager in a popular downtown restaurant, and during this time I purchased my first home. This was a fun and positive experience for me, that led me to become a Mortage Broker for six years. However, my personal interest in helping others led me to become a Realtor in 2007.

I believe my success as an agent is attributed to my ability to listen to buyers and sellers, help them assess their goals and needs so they can make informed decisions. It has always been my goal to serve clients with utmost respect and thought. I believe knowledge is power and want to grant my clients the ability to make their own informed decisions and take control of their own experience. I am different from other agents because of my extensive knowledge of mortgage financing, and background in construction, education, and sales. Whether you are looking for a rental, fix and flip, or your next home, I can help you identify the right property for you. I love my job, and enjoy making this important process fun and exciting. My zest for helping others has proven to be one of my strongest attributes, making me successful and my clients thoroughly satisfied.
